 First pick sun_modify_and deactivate light by mr Sun and mr Sky



After in Rendering_Enviroment



Right click by mouse to map which is like background to sky and Clear it_also put black color



Choose create light in right panel



Alt+Q to separate object_we can move light and his direction



Copy light by right click of mouse to screen and choose Clone_Instance to have same parameters (if you change one light, all lights will change)
Clone_copy to have independent light



Try lights in render




And play with opcions of lights to get light which we want_modify light

Select by name what we want to choose_basic walls



Adapt material editor_compact material editor



To materials with using picture (jpg,bmp...) choose template Arch & Design



Upload bitmap picture



You can transform picture or parent material



With double right click by mouse to ball we can see better material



With render we can see how material looks like



If we don´t like we will change him




We will change view to see material realistic



To transform picture in place_modify_UV map_gizmo



we can rotate and move only picture not object



Now we fit it to right place



we can put some rener options to see all building with materials and light
